We build AI into apps and systems where it saves time or makes the product better, and we measure that it works.
What we build
It might be an assistant that answers customers from your own documents, or a system that reads incoming email and forms and routes them to the right person. In an app, AI can give users advice based on what they have logged themselves.
We use language models from Google, OpenAI and Anthropic, among others, and choose the model based on what the task needs and what it costs to run. The solution is built so the model can be swapped later.
Testing the answers
A language model can be wrong and still sound sure. Before launch we write a set of test questions with expected answers, and run them again every time we change the model or the instructions. After launch we look at what users ask and where the answers miss.
Personal data isn't sent to a model unless you've decided it should be, and we choose providers that don't train their models on your data.

Which AI model do you use?
It depends on the task. We compare a few models on your test questions and pick the one that answers well enough at the lowest price.
Is our data safe?
We only send what the model needs to answer, and set up a data processing agreement when personal data is involved.
What does AI cost to run?
Every request to a language model costs a little. We estimate the monthly cost before we build, and use a cheaper model where it does the job.
