Services

We can take on the whole product or just the part you need help with.

  1. 01

    Product development

Apps for iOS and Android, websites and the systems behind them. When it matters, we write native code, like the widget in QuitNic and the App Clip in Unveil. We also help work out what to build first.

    • Discovery and concept
    • iOS and Android
    • Web
    • Backend and integrations
  2. 02

    Design

We test sketches with users early, and design and development happen side by side the whole way.

    • User research
    • Prototypes
    • Interfaces
    • Design systems
  3. 03

    AI in products

We use AI where it makes the product better, like the AI coach in QuitNic, and test regularly that the answers hold up.

    • Language models and agents
    • Search over your own data
    • Testing answer quality
  4. 04

    Operations and growth

We run our own apps every day and can do the same for you. Sentry alerts us when something crashes, PostHog shows how the app is used, and we improve it based on what we see.

    • Hosting and monitoring
    • Analytics and experiments
    • Continuous improvement

How we work

Two ways to work together.

Project

Fixed scope

A defined project with a clear goal.

  • Fixed scope and timeline
  • Predictable budget
  • One team from start to finish
  • Handover and documentation

Partnership

Ongoing

We become a permanent part of your product team.

  • Fixed monthly budget
  • More or less capacity from month to month
  • Design, development and operations
  • Regular releases

Common questions

Who owns the code?

You do. The code lives in a repository you own, and you have full access to everything we build.

Do you work on a fixed price or ongoing?

Both. A project has a fixed scope and budget, which suits a clear goal. A partnership has a fixed monthly budget with ongoing design, development and operations. We'll recommend what fits once we've talked.

What does a typical project look like?

We start by understanding the goal and who the product is for. Then we agree on scope together, design, build and launch. We show the work regularly along the way. After launch we can take over operations and further development if you want.

What does it cost?

It depends on the scope. After a first conversation we send an estimate, either as a fixed project price or a monthly budget.

What do you need to give an estimate?

What you want to achieve, what exists today, when it should be done and roughly what budget you have in mind. A few paragraphs is enough.
