Who is responsible

What we collect

The site has no user accounts and no hidden data collection. When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your name, your email address and what you write, plus company and project type if you fill in those fields. That is all.

What we use it for

We use it to reply to you. You will not end up on a mailing list, and we do not pass your details on. The legal basis is legitimate interest under GDPR article 6(1)(f): you get in touch, and we answer.

Where it is processed

The contact form is provided by Formspree, a US service. Your message is stored with them and forwarded to our email. The transfer to the US is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

If you would rather skip the form, you can always write directly to hei@brinkstudio.no.

How long we keep it

We delete enquiries no later than twelve months after the conversation has ended. If an enquiry turns into a project, we keep what the contract and our accounting require.

Cookies and analytics

None. The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. The fonts are served from our own server.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we have stored about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to the processing. Send us an email and we will sort it out. You can also complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page.
