Unveil
Unveil is an app that works like a disposable camera at weddings and parties. The host creates an event, and guests join by scanning a QR code. They don't need an account. Nobody sees the photos until the time the host has picked, and then they all develop at once.

What we built
The app runs on iOS and Android. On iPhone, guests can use an App Clip, a small part of the app that opens straight from the QR code without downloading anything. It is written in Swift to stay under Apple's 15 MB limit. The film look is added on the phone itself, and photos upload in the background, even on a poor connection.
The host can also create and pay for the event on the website and show the photos on a big screen when they develop.
How we run it
We started on Unveil in July 2026 and ship new versions several times a month. We track every photo from the moment it is taken until it is uploaded, so we see right away if something stalls.
Guests are asked whether they want to create their own event, and PostHog shows us how many do.
